2026 Cross Country Season
First day of practice is June 15 -- 7 am -- at the CV Track--
Come with new running shoes, a water bottle, and ready to run
We meet Monday-Friday throughout the summer- There is no practice the week of June 29-July 5
For all new athletes--
If you want to start running on your own before then, the best thing to do is start slow.
About 5-10 minutes a day at a comfortable pace. DO NOT THINK MORE IS BETTER. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RUNNING FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS.
